• Position Title: Project Coordinator Engineer/Junior Marine Engineer
• Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Pioneer)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 5:00pm, Saturday – 8.00am to 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2800 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and engineering advice to both the engineering and production teams.
• Lead and manage projects, including planning, coordinating activities, and allocating resources effectively.
• Offer guidance and support to less experienced engineers, enhancing their professional development.
• Represent the company in meetings with partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Communicate project details accurately and effectively to both clients and project teams.
• Ensure that client requirements are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain the project schedule by overseeing progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Any other assigned duties.

Sales Support:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients, understand their photography requirements, and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations.
• Develop a deep understanding of photography equipment, studio setups, and related products to advise clients effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Administrative Support:

• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, facilitating communication with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in scheduling studio sessions, coordinating appointments, and managing studio resources efficiently.
• Provide administrative assistance to clients booking studio sessions, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.

Studio Photography Support:

• Assist in coordinating studio setup, ensuring equipment readiness, and preparing the space for photography sessions.
• Aid clients in understanding studio capabilities, and equipment usage, and facilitate their needs during studio sessions.
• Help in maintaining and organizing photography equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
• Possess photography skills to conduct the sessions.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with the sales team, studio personnel, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in meeting sales goals and operational efficiency.
• Support marketing initiatives related to studio services and products.
• Be present and provide support during all scheduled events.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Diploma/Degrees or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a photography studio or similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to Work Weekends: Must be available to work weekends due to the nature of studio sessions.
• Off days: Will have scheduled 2 off days per week (1 weekday and weekend) to ensure adequate rest and work-life balance.
• Working Hours: Weekdays - 10am – 6pm, Weekends - Saturday 12pm - 8pm, Sunday 10am - 6pm. Closed on public holidays.
