RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide basic care coordination, discharge planning, monitor/evaluate and education for clients and their families on Day Care Service received as well as Administrative support to Day Care Utilisation and Learning and Development.

Information and Referral (I & R)

• Manage referral sources, including emails, phone calls, and walk-ins, by evaluating client needs and matching them with appropriate services.
• Coordinate the referral process with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring successful service referrals and optimizing lead conversions.

Service Coordination

• Maintain and manage the administrative documentation of the cohort of clients who are categorized to require regular, maintenance care.
• Administer the coordination of service requested by new clients and ensure proper documentation on the systems and paper filing are completed on a timely basis.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders when applicable to ensure the smooth delivery of service.

Service Operations

• Manage various service registration and bookings.
• Maintain good client relationships for service continuity.

Service Excellence

• Conduct regular telephonic follow up to engage with clients and obtain feedback on the services rendered.
• Arrange for reassessment of care plans with clients on a 6-monthly basis. This is to determine if the client requires to continue to receive the service.
• Work closely with Operations and Nurse Manager on discharging clients from service.

• Diploma in business administration, healthcare related disciplines

• Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience working in Community/Eldercare/Healthcare Sector

The candidate shall have experience in supervision of architectural works including checking of quality and workmanship and shall have minimum eight (8) years of architectural experience with Recognised Diploma or degree in relevant architectural discipline, with at least five (5) years of experience in architectural works, standing supervision, construction supervision for projects of large scale and complexity in local context

Job Description:

• Contribute to project success by ensuring the delivery of key milestones and project objectives
• Install and configure hardware and software for turnkey solutions
• Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW)
• Collaborate with external partners and clients to resolve issues
• Engage in System Acceptance Testing with external vendors and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and configuration documentation
• Create and clarify network topologies, diagrams, and related visual documentation
• Prepare standard project documentation, including SOW, system handover reports, and inventory records

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong proficiency in Linux (CentOS, SUSE)
• Knowledge of Networking (Dell, Cisco), Firewalls (Fortinet), and Fiber-Optic transmission equipment
• Experience with Big Data technologies, including Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, and ElasticSearch, as well as system implementation and maintenance, is preferred
• Experience with Virtualization is an advantage

Job Description:

Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements

Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines

Prepare combine services drawings and liaise with consultants / clients

Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval

Study, coordinate and supervise the M&E works with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings

Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

Attend site meeting as and when required

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management / Project Manager

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage

Min 5 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction firm with HDB project experience.

Good knowledge in local standards & requirements

Able to work independently with positive attitude

Good communication and interpersonal skills
