Key Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to safe work practices and policies.
• Forecast labor needs and ensure on-schedule delivery of scaffolding materials and components for the project.
• Liaise with the site scaffolding management team to report on daily progress, inspections, and delays.
• Prepare and review internal and external reports related to job status.

• Experience in Scaffold Project Management a plus.

• Able to read and understand Code Practice and Practice requirements for scaffolding.
• Possess leadership abilities to manage workers and contractors.
• Design and preplanning of the scaffold including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc.
• Overseeing the erection of the scaffold.
• Final inspection of the scaffold before initial occupation for use.
• Conduct daily inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely.
• Inspections of scaffolds after changes/alterations have been made.
• Oversight and inspections of mobile scaffolds.
• Training of other competent persons, scaffold erectors, and users.
• Planning and supervising the scaffolding works.
• To lead a team of workers and ensure that work is done in accordance with schedule.

Job Requirements

• Five or more years of field experience
• Candidate must possess Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Certificate and Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

The Banquet Coordinator is responsible for all Banquet administration duties and to ensure proper filing and records of the department. What will I be doing?

• Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authoring software’s modelling course by the software vendor’s authorized training provider. Candidate certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2) will also be considered.

1 Review of enquiries and contract tenders.

2 Ensuring that relevant sections of the ITT are distributed internally to the appropriate departments.

3 Attending meetings with tender pursuit team and identify responsibilities, required inputs and key dates. Must actively pursue this to ensure target dates are met.

4 Review of all information relating to bid, clarification of responses received from internal support departments and insertion of qualifications into bid document as appropriate.

7 Maintaining single point of contact for the client during the bid and bid clarification phases.

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers:

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
• Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident
• To coordinate of daily toolbox meeting and upkeep the records
• To conduct daily safety inspection and other type of safety inspection as required at work site
• To coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correct any safety malpractices on site
• Monitor and oversee the enforcement of In-house Rule and Regulation and ensure safe work practices on site
• Coordinate and conduct the safety induction course to all site staffs
• Submission of Quarterly EHS performance & 6-monthly review of Risk Assessment
• Ensure and to carry out duties in accordance to WSH Act & Integrated Management System
• Assist WSHO to establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System
• To assist WSHO for all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programmes

Requirements:
