· Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act and other legislations.

· Conduct daily toolbox meeting.

· Conduct routine systematic safety audit / inspections.

· Investigate into any accident/incident which took place within the site/factory and recommend corrective action needed to be taken to prevent recurrence.

· Generating weekly safety reports to management etc.

Job responsibilities :

• Coordinate and Support sales efforts to grow the business.
• Evaluate and handle the processing of all sales orders and administrative transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor, co-ordinate and negotiate with suppliers on delivery schedules/shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for the shipment of goods with competitive freight cost.
• Tracks and updates the status of ongoing shipments. Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the warehouse.
• Preparing shipping documents. Keep records of all related costs and documents including generation of Goods Received (GR).
• Co-ordinate suppliers’/distributors’/clients’ claims for shipping discrepancies such as damages, short shipment, over shipment, pricing etc.
• Co-ordinate with warehousing staff to pick/pack the shipments for delivery to clients and ensuring sales orders are delivered on time and according to contract terms and conditions.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and related departments.
• Maintain planning spreadsheets that are required to manage transactions and provide essential management information.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and seek alternative arrangement to reduce inconvenience and further delays
• Ensure quick responsive services and follow-ups and build strong relationships with staff, existing and prospective clients to grow sales.
• Develop and maintain a positive corporate image and reputation with clients.
• Contribute to team dynamism by sharing feedback from clients.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing the company's service standards.

• Based on the master program, work out a schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement and monitor the status.
• Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.
• Liaise with the BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades.
• Review, coordinate, and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as-built drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification, and construction drawings, identify technical issues, and seek clarification.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor’s
• Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approveddocument/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessments Familiar with Safety aspects in the Construction industry.
• Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapore.
• Preferable knowledge of BIM software / Autodesk Revit.
