Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage calls, as well as handle patient inquiries via email and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Coordinating appointment follow-ups and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
• Addressing patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
• Maintaining accurate and organized patient records in compliance with clinic standards and protocols.
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure a smooth and integrated patient experience.
• Providing support to overseas patients, including coordinating their travel arrangements.
• Following up with patients after procedures, ensuring they have received appropriate support during their recovery.

Requirements

• Experience in roles like air steward, hotel concierge, or call center is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Genuine care for patients, ensuring a supportive environment.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and patient needs.

Our client is an established retailer specializing in ladies apparel.

• Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding shipment deliveries and prepare monthly documentation for shipping insurance.
• Update purchase order confirmations and assist in allocation planning and stock transfers for new product launches.
• Monitor overall stock movement to ensure availability across e-commerce and online channels, and maintain pricing records.
• Prepare and conduct monthly training sessions for Promoters on seasonal and new products.

Requirements:

• GCE N Level and above
• At 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Planning of M&E Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan
• Inspection and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.
• To carry out inspection/ trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (M&E)
• Attend to M&E materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
• To update M&E progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline
• Relevant qualification of certificates in Mechanical & Electrical discipline
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant local experience.
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
• Preferably completed QM project
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Good knowledge of M&E specs and BCA quality requirements.

Invoicing:

• Track shipping schedules, outstanding payments, and necessary documentation.
• Create invoices and packing lists for trade transactions.

Documentation Management:

• Manage import and export documentation between suppliers and customers.
• Prepare documents for submitting export Letters of Credit (L/C) and collection bills to banks.
• Issue import Letters of Credit (L/C) to overseas suppliers.
• Review export Letters of Credit (L/C) issued by international customers.

Claims Handling:

• Process debit and credit notes for suppliers and customers related to claims.

Customer Relations:

• Coordinate with overseas offices for sales and procurement activities.
• Work closely with the Order Management Team to manage sales and purchase orders.
• Liaise with bankers on trade finance matters.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year experience in handling shipping documentation
• Diploma/ Degree in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Positive work attitude
• Good team player
