• Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
• Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
• Provide the M&E schedule to tie with the Master Schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate all M&E works.
• Coordinate for RI(M&E) Inspection and TOP.
• Liaise with consultants, NSCs, DSCs and authorities on M&E matters.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
• Produce the coordinated services drawings (CSD).

• Assist in the planning and coordination of port operations, including vessel arrivals, departures, and cargo handling.
• Oversee daily port operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact between shipping lines, terminal operators, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, shipping schedules, and operational metrics for reporting purposes.
• Assist in the allocation of resources, including labor and equipment, to optimize operational productivity.
• Identify operational challenges and collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within port operations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for port operations.
• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Minimum local polytechnic diploma in any discipline
• Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift
