• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Design / Landscape Architecture or related field with min 3 years experiences.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• To manage CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties
• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM / CSD Coordination
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards. 
• To comply with BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
• Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities.
• Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
• Min 3 years’ experiences in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit 
• Min 3 years’ experiences in construction industry
• Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
• Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
• Preferably experience in AuotoCAD, Civil 3D and any other BIM software experiences
• Basic understanding of CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination

1 to 2 years understanding and operation of Information Security relevant system.

Experience in Financial service would be preferred.

Experience in interpersonal and analytical skills attributes

Good written and visual presentation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, delivery orders, proforma invoices, packing lists, and related documents.

• Coordinate daily with planners and customers for schedules and shipments, including logistics and courier arrangements.
• Update customer forecasts and generate reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
