· Assist in the organization & management of BIM data relevant to the construction phase.

· Ensure the accuracy & completeness of BIM models, drawings, and associated documentation.

· Manage data within a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

4. Collaborative Communication:

· Communicate effectively with project personnel, including both BIM team & Project team, to gather information & clarify modeling requirements.

· Act as a liaison to resolve coordination challenges promptly & foster a collaborative BIM environment.

5. Quality Assurance:

· Assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with BIM standards, ISO 19650 guidelines & project specifications.

· Conduct regular reviews of BIM models for accuracy & completeness.

6. Training &Support:

· Provide training and support to construction teams on BIM tools, coordination workflows, and the use of CDE platforms.

· Address & resolve BIM-related issues encountered during the construction process.

Job Requirements:

1. Education &Experience:

· Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

· Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training certification), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm or a large project.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on implementation.

2. Technical Proficiency:

· Proficient in BIM software, including but not limited to Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

· Experience in clash detection & resolution workflows.

· Experience with 4D (time scheduling), 5D (cost estimation), and 6D (facility management) BIM dimensions.

· Proficient in using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

3. LTA Project Experience:

· Familiarity with LTA project requirements & a solid understanding of the specific demands of transportation infrastructure projects in Singapore.

4. Construction Experience:

· Proven experience working on construction sites, with a deep understanding of project challenges & dynamics.

5. Communication Skills:

· Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey BIM-related concepts to project stakeholders.

· Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse project stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving Abilities:

· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to identify & address coordination challenges effectively.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to assist and support the production operations. Key role is to supervise, directs and as necessary, participate in departmental (Processing and Packaging areas) work activities to produce the desired quality of finished products at the most favourable cost. Consistently strives to meet established quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to ensure activities follow as plan.
• Monitor the production output and maintain high-quality standards to meet KPIs.
• Oversee the quality of production and products to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all production activities.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area.

Requirement

• Proven experience as Production Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience in handling machinery is an added advantage.
