• Conduct daily site inspections and recommend corrective actions, preparing detailed reports for the Project Manager’s attention.
• Propose actionable measures, document observations, and report any non-compliance issues with photographic evidence to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project sites to ensure continuous adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with safety supervisors and team members to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Facilitate safety orientation sessions for new site employees and lead daily toolbox meetings to reinforce safety practices.
• Organize monthly EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) meetings and perform joint site inspections with project teams.
• Design, implement, and oversee effective safety programs to promote a secure and compliant work environment.
• Head risk assessment initiatives, identifying potential hazards and mitigating risks on-site.
• Manage all site-related issues, including safety and operational concerns.
• Regularly update and maintain safety, health, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a safety-related role within the building construction industry.
• Completion of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Safety Coordinators Training Course, Risk Management Level 2 certification.
• Certified Work-at-Height (WAH) Supervisor.
• Occupational First Aid (OFA) certification.
• Additional safety-related certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Able to commit to a six-day workweek.

Job Description:

• Overall responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical works of the Project.
• Conduct coordination meetings with all M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Coordinate with the various department (Project, Contracts) for the planning and execution of various M&E installation works.
• Involved in discussion on contractual matters with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience on building projects with having at least 2 years in BTO project.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry.
• AUTOCAD and BIM knowledge.
