Job Description:

• To maintain safety & health in accordance with WSH Act and WSH legislative requirements
• Responsible for administration of safety & health records accordingly to the company’s accreditation such as ISO, OSHAS & BizSafe requirements and preparation for audits
• Responsible for implementation and administration of site Safety & Health Management System (SHMS), identification of WSH Hazards, implementation of control measures, conduct Safety inspection and Safety committee meetings, update and reviewing of changes
• To provide technical and professional safety assistance to the site construction management
• To brief Project Manager / Project Team regularly on the execution status of the overall EHS program
• To conduct daily EHS toolbox meeting, prepare and maintain PTW records
• Promptly correct any unsafe condition or practice
• To conduct accident/incident investigations and preparation of investigation reports, including the effective closures of all corrective/preventive actions
• Recommend Stop Work Order to Project Manager when unsafe conditions arise including to promptly correcting any unsafe conditions or safe work practice
• Identify environmental health irregularities and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities
• Inspect site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard
• Participate as a risk management team member in the site RM organization
• Participate in risk assessment activities for site
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management and First Aid certified.

Job Description

• Purchasing Operations: Manage purchasing functions with overseas and local suppliers in line with company guidelines.
• Sundry Goods Ordering: Place orders for sundry goods required for the store as needed.
• Delivery Coordination: Follow up with suppliers to ensure deliveries meet customers' required dates.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, review minimum/maximum stock levels, and participate in stock counts.
• Customer Deliveries: Handle daily customer delivery schedules, including picking and packing orders.
• Shipment Management: Manage packing and unpacking of shipments as needed.
• Goods Management: Oversee the receipt and issuance of goods.
• Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Experience: Open to fresh entrants, with progressive training provided.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team player.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking

· Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement

· Handle import & export custom permit

· Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling

· Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader

· Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent

· Support Sales for quotation

· Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

Requirements:

- 5 working days

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis
