* Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering

* Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments

* Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim

* Review and advise the Project team on the cost impact for variation of project specification

* Site co-ordination and drawing verification where needed

* Monitor projects through completion, providing correction, modification or assistance to other

* Perform other duties as assigned

*Assist the Project team in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers

*To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties

Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet *all safety standards and are of highest quality.

*Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site

*Conduct project site inspection.

*Bilingual in English & Mandarin.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• Implements, monitor and maintain appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
• Conducts regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct safety awareness training/programmers/initiatives
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess relevant Certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in tunneling from construction industry
• Familiar with the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety
• 6 days' work week, 7am-7pm
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays if needs arise.
