• Coordinate with Consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues;
• Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc;
• Interface with Project Planner to create 4D model;
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
• When needed, the staff may be required to station on site for certain period of time in Singapore or other countries to support project execution work.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Structural or equivalent
• Experience working as BIM Modeler / Coordinator
• Experience on producing shop drawings (Structure / Architectural / M&E)
• Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs
• Self-driven and good time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT Skills and willingness to learn to and use new software / technology
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment related activities
• Working closely with operations team to provide information/ feedbacks to customers on operational issues and co-ordinate with customers to resolve all issues
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basis
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendor for any discrepancies
• Monitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment
• Coordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter
• Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions
• Perform other required duties or task when assigned
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Support daily operations tasks if needed
• Any other duties as assigned by manager from time to time

We are looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, and pressured environment

Job Descriptions

• Support the BIM Manager to develop and implement BEP for the assigned project(s).
• Execute BIM implementation processes as per agreed BEP.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across all project disciplines.
• Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare and deliver BIM deliverables, such as BIM models, clash reports, asset data, 3D visualizations, etc.
• Track and report on BIM progress and identify potential issues.
• Train and support project team members on BIM workflows and software.
• Participate in project meetings and provide BIM expertise.
• Other related project BIM uses implementation and their BIM deliverables submission activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management.
• 4 years of relevant BIM experience as a Project level BIM Coordinator role in a large scale or infrastructure project and has completed one full project cycle at design phase or construction phase is an advantage.
• Candidate possess Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management or DDM tier3 is an advantage.
• Conversant in a coordination software such as Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is an advantage
