JOB DESCRIPTION

•Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.

•Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site

•Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors

•Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works

.Handling technical and engineering problems on site

•Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site

•Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work

•Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job

Requirements:

•Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution

•Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects

•BCSS certificate is a must.

•Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations

•Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry

Experience in Aluminium windows, doors , curtain walls and related aluminium facade works.

Handle all site setting, measurements, verication of dimensions.

Project monitoring and coordination, site supervision.

Assist the Project Manager in liaising with appointed Professional Engineer's on the submissions and statutory requirements.

Liaise closely and monitor with production depatment on the output of fabrications and delivery schedule.

This will also include hardware and ironmongeries.

Ensure all installation works carried out by the nominated sub-contractors are in accordance to the approved drawing, in view of the quality of the workmanship, the skills of grouting.

Submissions of progress claim to main contractor and verify approved all sub contractors progress claim to the respective Quantity Surveyors in charge.

Have strong abilities and knowledge in project management, administrations, contractual matters, design requirements and fabrication processes to facilitate the smooth operation of projects.

Mon-Sat: 9am-6pm

Main Responsibilities:

* Coordinate all architectural drawings and oversee all architectural finished work on-site.

* Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.

* Prepare method of statement and work procedure

* Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work

* Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation

* Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

* Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued.

* Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on technical issues.

* Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record.

* Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.

* Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

* Minimum of Degree in Architectural/ Building / Construction Management or related; with at least 3-5years of experience.
