4. Ensure work activities comply to work permits’ requirements (e.g. confined space, hot work, work at height etc.) at all times

5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in WSH in Construction Industry

2. Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course

3. Able to work independently with a positive attitude and minimal supervision

4. Good interpersonal and communication Skills

5. Able to speak and write basic English for reporting purposes

6. Able to commence work on short notice would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage Service jobs order reporting
• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
• Respond and attending to customer requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on sales scheduling
• Manage and communicate with forwarders on logistics arrangement for shipments
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years or more related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work well independently and within a team
• Basic computer knowledge
