Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. Project Manager and assist in supervising, monitoring, and coordinating structural/MEP/Architectural works carried out by subcontractors via daily inspection and monitoring to ensure all trade works are constructed according to specified requirements and schedule. Job duties include reporting site progression, surveying, ordering of construction materials, maintenance of site facilities, ensuring all site health and safety rules and regulations are abided by, daily scheduling and allocation of manpower, and issuing of work instructions as stipulated by project requirement.

The Architectural Coordinator assists the Architect & the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site to ensure that works performed by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme as well as quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are efficiently utilized. The Architectural Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating with the client’s representative, consultant, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure the project is completed profitably.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with hirers and work with Venue Sales, Technical and Front-of-House teams to deliver all aspects of production needs
• Support the Venue Sales Team in ensuring hirers' needs are met
• Attend site meetings with Venue Sales personnel, generate production cost estimates for hirers and meeting notes for OVM team
• Act as liaison between hirer’s production team and OVM in-house technicians

Job Requirements

• Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in live performance management (preferably in arts and entertainment industry)
• Possess good working knowledge of production disciplines and technical aspects of theatres and exhibition/ event spaces
• Familiar with policies and procedures in performing arts venues will be an added advantage
• Possess good working knowledge and operational skill in managing the Event Business Management System (EBMS) will be an added advantage

As the Project BIM Coordinator (Hybrid), you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, ensuring effective coordination & collaboration among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. BIM Implementation:

· Collaborate closely with the Project BIM Manager & construction teams to facilitate the implementation of BIM processes.

· Ensure seamless coordination of 3D models & BIM data to support construction planning & execution.

· Implement BIM standards and protocols in compliance with ISO 19650.

2. Model Coordination:
