An experienced and detail-oriented Architect Coordinator with minimum of five (5) years of relevant practical experience in building works on building sites in Singapore. This role involves coordinating architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Manage architectural work scheduling, from shop drawings preparations, materials approval, trials / mock-ups, to actual implementation on site and thereafter handing over.
• Ensure that architectural designs are correctly implemented on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with architectural plans and regulatory requirements.
• Address any discrepancies between the design and actual construction, providing solutions and recommendations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
