Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service

· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction

· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment

· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch

· To assist in making cold-calls to customers

· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition

· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented

· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide proposal/offer to customers for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing Equipment.
• Prepare onsite for service budgets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals from customers, to meet the requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of sales follow-up.
• Prepare progress reports and customer updates.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum experience of 1-2 years in the Refrigeration Industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in Sales.
• Willing to travel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
