Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet the expectations of on-site clients.
• Ensure timely completion of preventative and reactive work requests.
• Manage the preventative and reactive maintenance database to efficiently handle work order and ticket requests.
• Provide supervision during major works to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct root cause analysis on major reactive faults and assess proposed rectifications with technicians to ensure suitability and effectiveness.
• Perform regular site inspections and assessments to maintain building procedures and performance measures.
• Assist with requests related to management, operations, and financial audits.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of facilities management for assigned properties.
• Serve as a liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, resolve issues, and achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Schedule and manage routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of facilities.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and warranties.
• Provide regular reports to management on facility performance, maintenance activities, and adherence to budget.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in the built environment, with a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar coordination role would be advantageous.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to focus on meeting performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of effectively resolving complex issues in ambiguous situations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• adept at prioritizing and managing operational works efficiently and within deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordination Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate M&E systems into the overall design of construction projects.
• Review M&E design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
• Facilitate communication among different stakeholders to resolve any design or installation issues related to M&E systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor M&E work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to M&E design, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Report on the progress of M&E works to project management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all M&E systems documentation is up-to-date, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures for M&E installations to ensure they meet required standards.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of M&E systems to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing M&E systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of project management processes.

• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm(Alt Sat after 3 months probation)

Job Scope:

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Officer in daily operations at the logistics center.
• Handle day-to-day logistics tasks, including managing inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track and monitor customers’ orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and forwarders regarding shipments.
• Perform picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders.
• Communicate and follow up with customers on shipment and delivery statuses to ensure all orders are completed successfully.
• Prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal and external warehouse operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
• Be available to work overtime when required.

• Develop project models and construction documents using BIM software and ensure accurate updates to Revit models, including coordination drawings.
