· Work closely with Architects and team members to implement and monitor work plans;

· Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;

· Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;

· Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;

· Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.

Requirements & Attributes:

· Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience

· At least 3-5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience

· At least 2-4 completed Revit projects

· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site.
• Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.
• Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.
• Attend site inspection conducted by client’s representatives/consultants.
• Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors.
• Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.
• Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.
• Coordinate handing over of completed works.
• Assign works to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Architectural.
• Polytechnic graduate or with relevant trade certificate (Architectural).
• 3 years of relevant working experience.

To assist WSH Officer in managing Workplace Safety & Health issues in Construction environment

· Monitor and report all work or operation that violate safety procedures, and instructions, or would endanger life and property

· Prepare daily/weekly workplace safe/unsafe observation report

· Accident and incident investigation

· Report all incidents and accident as per site/project and company’s emergency reporting protocol

· Conduct safety training for employees

· Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions

· Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function

· At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry

· Possess Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

· Good knowledge in ISO and OSHA safety standards

• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the project site and Inspection offsite.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with offsite fabrications and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Attend Project site meetings if required.
• Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Supervise and assist the supervisors, all suppliers with regards to the installations and constructions.
• Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
• Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
• Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
• Responsible for providing information for shipping documents and compounding packing list.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors.

Requirements

• Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
• ITE NITEC cert or 'O' level and above.
