Job Description:

Planning & Control:

1. Primary responsibility involves supporting the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including planning, directing, organizing work and scheduling.

2. Execute procurement management to ensure the availability of materials and prevent any compromise to the construction schedule.

3. Assist to Project Manager in overseeing risk management at the site.

Management of Progress Claims

1. Checking, verify and certified progress claims submitted by subcontractors/applicators. Close monitor the submission of payment claims from applicators.

2. Ensure the punctual submission of progress claims to the Main Contractor. Follow up any discrepancies in progress claims from the Main Contractor to protect the company's interest.

Support of Project Work done:

1. Support the Project Manager in overseeing project processes and attaining quality objectives.

2. Handle quantity take-offs, identify suitable subcontractors and suppliers, and participate in pricing and tender submission preparations.

3. Experienced in prepare sample, purchase materials to meet the project requirement. Preferrable understand the standard requirement of material and specifications.

3. Prepare safety documents required, such as Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Safety Work Procedures, Fall Prevention Plan and other documents that required from time to time.

Documentation Management:

1. Evaluate work completion and meticulously document performance reviews, including the identification and resolution of non-conformance issues.

2. Effectively manage construction drawings, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of the latest versions for the Project Team.

3. Assist in the creation of meeting minutes, ensuring proper documentation and filing procedures are followed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant studies with quantity survey or at least 3 years experience in facade with relevant construction project industries.
• Possess a high level of initiative and efficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Able to use in Autocad.

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure integration of M&E systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation progress and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and reports
• Manage procurement of M&E materials and equipment
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 2 LTA MRT underground projects
• Proficient in BIM software and AutoCAD (preferred)
• Experience in writing tender specifications (preferred)
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
