Head of Sales Planning and Operations, Sales Steering (f/m/x)

This role leads the volume planning of vehicles (BMW and MINI) to achieve availability of vehicles as per plan, driving maximum sales at targeted contribution levels and is the link between the importers, regional office, and BMW AG for all volume related planning issues. The incumbent is responsible for overall sales strategy development including production, wholesale, and retail stock flow planning to achieve targets. The role also leads in Sales Operations, responsible for ordering, processing of orders and managing all logistics fulfilment topics.

• Plan monthly analysis with relevant committees.

• Supports Product Marketing team in deriving proposals of the volumes retail sales.
• Preparation of annual volume plan and monthly statistical reports

• Ensure ordering at importers/dealers and eliminating disruptive processes
• Quota management and order placement for direct sales channels
• Analyzes business activity of product category(s), monitoring sales, inventory and trend analysis analytics and data visualization.
• Ensure compliance of retail reporting with retail sales definition

What should you bring along?

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 7 years’ experience in automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of demand forecasting or production planning.
• Knowledgeable in Sales operations and logistics.

Job Description

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory /authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• Project Management and sites supervision works.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work, including A&A works within existing rail infrastructure.
• Holds Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM with full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP process.
• Experience in coordination with System Wide Contractors (SWC) for Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP), CCSM, etc.
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.
