Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.
• Present sales performance, revenue, expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competitors.
• Understand the profile of ideal customers and how they align with the company’s products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and addressing their needs.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Software/Security Software channel sales or channel partner development.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, with good computer/IT literacy.
• Self-motivated, independent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice across Asia Pacific countries.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
