· Able to write English and speak English/Chinese (to liaise with overseas Chinese-speaking customers/staff)

· Familiar with MS Word and Excel

· Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Administrative Coordinator.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Jurong West.

Contract Period: From 02 January 2025 to 30 June 2026 (18 months).

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

Administrative Coordinator

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to shareholders.
• Administration of relief planning and engagement of relief and flexi-adjunct teachers - planning of daily relief timetable.
• Assist in school HR matters - leave matters, enquiries from staff, collation of staff information for management reporting.
• Support in matters related to finance (e.g. verifying invoices) and/or school purchases.
• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating school events - prepare materials, signages, printing certificates, liaising with suppliers, etc
• Assist teachers in sorting items at plastic recycling station (weekly)
• Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals and Admin Manager.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possess at least an ‘O’ level certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Ability to multitask with good time management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognized tertiary establishment in Facility Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
• Relevant experience in similar role will be an advantage
• Resourceful, team player and able to work independently

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Handle deliveries between vessels and vendors
