• Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably in health sciences or related fields (Fresh graduates in related fields are welcome to apply)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

1. To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters

2. To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting

3. To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions

4. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

5. Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation

6. Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment

Requirements :

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E co-ordination will be an advantage

2. At least 5 years experience in LTA projects M&E Coordination in local construction firm/LTA-MRT Project

3. Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential

4. Good knowledge of local standards & requirements

5. Understanding of a Design & Build contract/project

6. Independent, self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all architectural works on site
• Attend meeting with client’s representative and consultants
• Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
• Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.
• Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
• Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
• Prepare, nterpret and coordinate all types of drawings (construction/shop drawings, as-built etc) in relation to the project
• Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference
• To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts with the Consultant and Contractor drawings
• To Consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural
• Discipline 5 years experience in architectural finishing works
• Competentin Autocad/BIM

Job Scope

• Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Perform WSH activities such as risk assessment and safety inspection for office buildings and conduct safety briefings.
• Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing WSH activities, systems, programmes, and databases to ensure they are up-to-date, comply with legal requirements, and improve when necessary.
• Fulfil the assigned WSH KPIs and provide advice/guidance to staff, WSH champions, and WSH internal auditors.
• Handle and be responsible for audits for various QHSE standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Responsible for audit preparation documentation, internal and external audit, inspection matters, and product classification approvals not limited to ISO Management Systems ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018, bizSAFE, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure (SWP) and Workplace Response, Fire Safety matters and SGSecure.
• Develop and promote effective environmental management systems in the Company per ISO 14001 standards.
• Manage and maintain the properties in a clean and tenable condition.
• Implement Routine and Preventive Maintenance for the properties
• Supervise and ensure that all types of routines and ad-hoc repair works undertaken by the term contractors are carried out according to the Contract.
• Inspect the properties according to the inspection schedule for environmental health and safety concerns and advise rectification methods.
• Submit monthly reports on any misuse of properties
• Attend to all complaints/feedback, incidents and crisis situations and submit incident report
• Coordinate, attend meetings and/or inspections and follow up with
• Authorities/Departments and service providers
• Manage and Maintain the M&E services and equipment in the properties
• Recommend and seek approval from the client for all repair/replacement works
• Collate and maintain all utilities and data of the properties

Skills & Knowledge

• ISO 9001 & 140001, OHSAS 45001 knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WSH practices & local WSH statutory regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft computer application skills.

• This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project (Mechanical).
• Job Scope: Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements Supervise works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards.
• Liaise with clients and managers in preparation for site work and plan schedules Keep the Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments while conducting measurements and inspections.
• Prepare and submit project documents Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports to study project and design basis such as scope of work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specification, client standard drawings and existing drawings.
• To assist in preparing schedule, manpower requirements, manhour distribution and execution plan based on the scope of work and approved budget for manhours and schedule.
• To prepare Mechanical information list, layout and document list following standard procedure created for the project.
• To carry out our material ordering for components and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• To attend meetings and perform coordination with main-contractor and sub-contractors. To make monthly and weekly schedule, refer to the master schedule.
• To coordinate with safety team and follow up safety-related matters at site.
• Any other duties or activities that are assigned by the Manager from time to time.
