What you will do:

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
• To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide proposal/offer to customers for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing Equipment.
• Prepare onsite for service budgets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals from customers, to meet the requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of sales follow-up.
• Prepare progress reports and customer updates.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum experience of 1-2 years in the Refrigeration Industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in Sales.
• Willing to travel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
