About the role

The PC will work together with the Project Managers and is responsible for:

• Compliance with Fugro’s and client’s Document Control procedures and keeping the Master Document Registers up to date.
• Setting up and amending Project schedules for the Project Managers.
• Preparation of Project Documentation, like Project Execution Plans, any required bridging documents, which need to comply with the Fugro Document Standard (FDS).
• Financial Data input and verification of correct information in our Fugro Enterprise Resource Planning software, IFS,
• If required, coordinating with procurement in projects.

• The PC provides a supporting role to projects through the coordination of project related activities, such as logistics, resourcing, training, progress updates, project tracking, preparation of meeting minutes amongst others.

Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. Project Manager and assist in supervising, monitoring, and coordinating structural/MEP/Architectural works carried out by subcontractors via daily inspection and monitoring to ensure all trade works are constructed according to specified requirements and schedule. Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Job Description:

• Assist to identify and correct unsafe conditions and work practices;
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace;
• Ensure that all works are performed according to the approved method statement, risk assessment, and SWP;
• Maintain all equipment and machinery on site and ensure all required certificates are in place;
• Conduct and keep record of daily WSHE inspection;
• Carry out daily joint WSHE inspection together with sub-contractor’s WSH Coordinator/ Supervisor and timely rectify any unsafe acts or conditions;
• Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events;
