Job Description:

We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to assist in providing group medical insurance services and related support to our client companies. The role also includes handling internal administrative tasks and liaising with clients.

Work Locations:

• Partially based at the client’s office to provide on-site support.

• Partially based at our office for document preparation, data management, and internal administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide medical appointment assistance, insurance benefit consultation, and support services to client employees.

2. Assist in processing insurance claims for clients, including document preparation and submission.

3. Organize and coordinate employee benefits activities for client companies.

4. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations (PPT).

5. Maintain effective communication with clients, respond to their needs promptly, and provide solutions.

6. Handle correspondence and email communications to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

7. Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, data management, and record maintenance.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and above.

· Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;

· Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;

· Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;

· Assists Project Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures; communicating risk assessment to all workers;

· Ensures all contractors are safety inducted and issued with Permit before work commencement;

· Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; to inform project manager or project director of any shortcoming in the SWP or risk control measures implemented;

· Ensures the familiarization with the scope of works;

· Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager as appropriate;

· Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;

· Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;

· Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;

· Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;

· Assists in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment, etc;

· Assists the Project Manager in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with safety personnel;

· Orders materials required for projects;

· Takes photographs on project progress and damage;

· Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;

· Issues work checklists for site supervisor;

· Initials and controls all delivery orders;

· Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team;

· Any other duties as assigned.

• Involve in Project tendering, planning, site utilization, estimation, BIM Modelling, Constructability analysis strategy, and analysis with BIM,4D Scheduling and Construction Sequencing, Digital fabrication, Soil Investigation Modelling (Geotechnical Module Civil 3D) for projects.
• Setting up Project Template, View Template, 2D & 3D families based on project requirements such as 3D parametric Revit families, annotation 2d for details, tagging and crane, site utilities for construction planning projects.
• Study the Design Drawing, Specification and Design Model, perform QA & QC perform model validation.
• Set up the model into the work shared cloud model in ACC and develop and update the model into a construction model and 4D model progressively.
• Work closely together with Design Manager, BIM Manager and other team members.
• Coordination and understanding in design and construction of a projects, assit to project team in plans, design , site condition and method of statement.
• Conduct and attend ICE and model coordination meeting with owner and consultants.
• Update the construction changes and share to consultants and client, Subsequently Update the model based on Design changes.
• Update the drawings according to latest information provide and ensure accuracy of shop drawings, detail drawings & coordinating with site engineers and fabrication suppliers.
• Generate detail shop drawings set by Revit, AutoCAD and other related software for fabrication and construction and submission to the client and consultant for approval.
• Study the borehole data and classify soil type and create 3D by Soil Investigation Modelling (Geotechnical Module Civil 3D) for Design Manager’s investigation.

Requirements:

• Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in LTA Project
• Construction working environment
