• Execute a project effectively once a project order is being received
• Have a complete understanding of the requirements of the project and the delivery schedule
• Liaise with purchasing team with regards to the procurement of the items

• Handle the billing for each project in an accurate manner

Requirements:

What Will You Do

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Market Expansion: Assist in expanding the company's business in Southeast Asia or other markets
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead sales teams to increase revenue. Set and track sales targets.
• Marketing & Brand Development: Oversee marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services. Enhance brand visibility and market position.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support the commercial team. Set clear performance targets and ensure the team achieves them.
• Budget & Financial Management: Manage the commercial budget. Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.

What Do We Want

• More than 10 years in business development, sales, or related roles
• Experience in F&B / FoodTech / FMCG / Retail is desirable
• Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of market trends and organization services.
• Strong skills in identifying opportunities and trends.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and business goals.
• Familiarity with global and local markets where the organization operates.
• Will be required for business travel within the region responsible for.
