• Obtained at least an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• Building Construction Safety Supervisors certificate, etc.
• Good to have WAH Assesor and/or Confined Space Assessor certificate
• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Experience in civil / building / excavation works advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Diligent and hardworking
• Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)

Job Description

1. Conversant with statutory requirements, codes of practices, technical drawings and specifications, site management, quality contract, construction administration and submission of progress reports.
2. Supervision of architectural and interior and fitting out works.

Requirements

1. Process a diploma or higher certificate from any local polytechnic in Architecture, acceptable to the Board of Architects.
2. Proficient in AUTOCAD and REVIT, MS Word and Excel
3. Able to read Architecture drawings.
4. Construction site working environment
5. Overtime or shift work may applies.
