• Coordination and collaboration with Purchasing and Shipping department to ensure smooth and seamless operation
• Mainly administrative work with regards to processing of local sales orders and delivery schedule
• Checking of freight and courier charges for customers
• On the job training for ERP system provided

Requirements

• Needs to liaise with overseas customers in English (fluency is not required, as communication is primarily through email) and with the warehouse assistant in China in Mandarin.
• Candidates with a background in retail are welcome too
• Some work experience is required
• It requires interacting with customers and our export sales team on certain files. The role also involves liaising with purchasing, manufacturing, and dispatch, so strong communication skills are essential.

1. Sales Strategy Development:

• Design and implement sales strategies for office software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets.

2. Channel Development:

• Build and manage partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.

3. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

2. Education:

• Strong understanding of software sales cycles, licensing models, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve aggressive targets.
