Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. Project Manager and assist in supervising, monitoring, and coordinating structural/MEP/Architectural works carried out by subcontractors via daily inspection and monitoring to ensure all trade works are constructed according to specified requirements and schedule. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operation
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Coordinate projects and support lead manager
• Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule
• Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing
• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or related field
• Minimum 1-2 Year(s) of working experience
• Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
• Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working schedule of 9am-6.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Responsibilities:

• Answering customers’ enquiry on products through phone, emails, faxes, or walk-in customers.
• Preparation of quotation.
• Processing the orders and generate Sales Orders.
• Liaise via phone and email to local & overseas customers on delivery schedule.
• Scheduling & keep tracking of shipment for overseas customers.
• Prepare packing list, delivery orders for deliveries to local and overseas customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
• Preferably with sales experience in Fire Fighting Equipment.
