Job Description:

About the Role

Job Description

Job Description:

• Manages warehouse inventory and ensures the database is regularly updated.
• Organizes and supervises the movement of products within the warehouse, including the storage and dispatch of finished goods.
• Performs routine stock checks and maintains overall cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Handles tasks such as receiving, inspecting, locating, storing, securing, issuing, and preparing goods for shipment.
• Moves, repackages, or rearranges pallets of finished products manually when needed.
• Operates Forklift and Reach Truck as needed.
• Loads and unloads shipping containers.
• Supports daily warehouse operations, working closely with other Warehouse Coordinators.
• Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned or needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.
• Create and maintain project schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing solutions proactively.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status updates.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients for project-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience: 2–3 years in project management or coordination, preferably in a digital agency or IT environment.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with web development or digital marketing processes is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.
• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members
• Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.
• Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.
• Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.
