As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

Collaborate with internal teams to align event activities with business goals.
Evaluate event success by gathering client feedback and preparing post-event reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with clients and vendors.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
