Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Coordinate project (R&R / A&A) works.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Execute project works based on the drawing/specification.
• Resolve any Clients and/or residents’ complaints/feedback.

1. Position Description

Reporting to the Assistant/Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP/WMS system tallies with physical stocks. BIM Coordinator

Job Description

• Create project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Develop project workflows across all phases of the project.
• Set up BIM projects and manage them throughout their duration.
• Coordinate site activities effectively.
• Prepare and update Revit models, including coordination drawings.
• Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings as well as as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate data transfer.

Job Requirements

• Hold a BIM certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Autodesk Revit modelling.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong IT skills with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with implementing BIM processes in large construction projects from tender through to completion is an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
• Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in building construction
• Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction or related courses

Job Description:

1. Assist to identify, review and assess risk arising from the workplace;
2. Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary working certificates;
3. Conduct daily site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations and other requirements;
4. Assist to attend all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control;
5. Liaise closely with site operations staff on all safety and health issues;
6. To ensure all systems and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements;
7. To perform Safe Management Officer duties;
8. Ensure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all times;
9. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) qualifications, Certificate in WSH;
2. Certified in Safety Management Officer;
3. Possess at least 5 years of practical work experience in the field of health and safety in building construction;
4. Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance;
5. Possess good leadership, good communication skills, organising abilities and independent;
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Power Point
