Job Description

• Providing customer service and demonstrating basic product knowledge in assisting customers enquiries
• Process cash and non-cash sales transactions
• Merchandise display and replenishment stocks
• Ensure clean and tidiness of the retail store

Requirement

• Secondary / ITE / GCE ‘N’/ 'O' levels and above
• Possess good interpersonal skill
• With experience in in-house retail will be advantage, without experience will also be consider as training will be provided

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills

- Polite, Patient and Calm Personality

- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 10% Increase)

Working Hours:

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

- 9.00am - 6.30pm
