Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Casting Assistant & Coordinator to support our agency in various aspects of casting, project management, and model/vendor coordination. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and creativity.Key Responsibilities:Casting Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing casting calls, including scheduling, communication with models and vendors, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Project Support: Aid in all aspects of project management, from planning to execution. This includes coordinating with models and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Model & Vendor Assistance: Provide support for models and vendors, including managing schedules, handling inquiries, and ensuring all parties have the resources they need.

Design Tasks: Utilize tools like Canva to create simple designs for marketing materials, social media posts, and internal documents.
Document Management: Efficiently manage and organize documents using Google Drive. Ensure that all project files, contracts, and communication are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks such as updating databases, preparing reports, and assisting with other office needs as required.
Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in casting, coordination, or project management within the fashion or entertainment industry is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in Canva and Google Drive. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to take on diverse tasks and a hands-on approach to job responsibilities.

Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to monitor work progress.
• Attend progress, site, and MEP meetings as required.
• Interpret and adhere to main contract and sub-contract requirements.
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and guidelines.
• Oversee M&E subcontractors’ progress, including submissions for drawings, materials, samples, and method statements.
• Ensure M&E works are executed according to approved specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning.
• Maintain high standards of quality for all site works.

Job Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Experience in Event Planning and Execution

Conduct Short and Long-Term planning and management of events

Managing deadlines & progress across the team to ensure the program is delivered on time and on budget

Manage emails, phones and coordinate meetings , ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team

Good customer service and teamwork

Strong Organisation and multasking abilities

Be prepared for weekend/PH and shift work
