Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. Project Manager and assist in supervising, monitoring, and coordinating structural/MEP/Architectural works carried out by subcontractors via daily inspection and monitoring to ensure all trade works are constructed according to specified requirements and schedule. • When required, communicate with destination agents to ensure that they have received all necessary documentation and that Customs Clearance and deliveries to our clients have been confirmed.
• Precise communication to update the clients of the shipment arrival dates.

• A&P documentation validation support: ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, to facilitate timely reimbursement to external parties.
• Order Status Tracking: Monitor and track the status of orders in coordination with various internal teams to facilitate timely shipments.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain a seamless workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Perform general administrative tasks and additional tasks as assigned by supervisor(s) to support department needs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum diploma holder, with 3+ years of experience handling administrative matters
• Must have knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); conversant with numbers with high proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
• Matured, independent self-starter, organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
