Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations and management building services which includes planning, implementing, and monitoring maintenance schedule.
• Assist in supervising term contract on carpark system, security, cleaning, landscape and pest control.
• Supervise Property Officer and Assistant Property Officer and ensure their work are performed to satisfaction.
• Liaise and check on contractors' performances.
• Ensure all building services are regularly maintain and in good operating condition.
• Maintain adequate stocks of building spare parts, keep proper documentation and do quaterly stock check.
• Assist in tracing and trouble-shooting sources of problems.
• Assist in emergency evacuation drill and workplace safety matters.
• Carry out regular inspection of building services and report to Manager for any potential problem.
• Update all services plan of the building.
• Ensure tenants' requests are attended in time.
• Check the daily attendant of cleaning and security contractors.
• Assist in calling quotations and purchase spare parts
• Ensure contractors submit gondola checklist before using the gondola and check the gondola after use.
• Ensure contractors carry out daily toolbox meeting with their workers
• Assist in ISO and safety audit
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management / Real Estate Management / Building Services / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills
• Preferably with M&E project upgrading experience

Job Description:

• Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Executives/Managers (PE/PM) to manage assigned projects to ensure quality and on time execution to the project’s specification and client’s expectation.
• Assist PE/PM to coordinate the production workflow between the Sales, Design, Procurement and Production departments including any external sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery within project costs.
• Utilize company’s project management software to coordinate and communicate to project team members during the production process.
• Assist PE/PM to prepare Production Schedule and manage deadlines for the delivery of projects on time.
• Attend project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
• Assist PE/PM to facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed and manage any impact on schedule and budget.
• Assist PE/PM to prepare Onsite Schedule for the coordination of load-in, setup and dismantling works and to share with relevant parties.
• Oversee onsite setup work to check on quality delivery, safe work procedures and on time completion, when required.
• Apply Permit To Work with supporting WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, Methods Statement, Safe Work Procedures) and any project-related admin work when required.
• Source for sub-contractors, suppliers and production material, when required.
• Conduct post project evaluation to identify key learning points for work improvement.

Requirements:

• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skill with people of all levels.
• Understanding of project management methodologies is preferred but not required.

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases
• Involve in Structure/ Architecture/ MEP coordination between consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all project participants
• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met
• Follow up on all aspects of BIM model matters and ensure proper documentation of all BIM deliverables
• Responsible for fully implementing the quality recordings, carrying out result analysis, and formulating action plans for continuous improvements
• Adhering to the latest industry standards
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
• Certification course on BIM Management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in BIM Management.
• Good knowledge of BIM visualisation and simulation applications.
• Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley, Revit, Navisworks & MicroStation will be added advantage
