Perdaus is seeking a dedicated Asatizah to lead and coordinate our Primary Level program. This role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring Asatizah, enhancing programs for better student outcomes, and supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee center operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Plan, implement, and monitor curriculum and programmes.
• Conduct student assessments to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships and relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Islamic Studies from a recognized institution.
• Certified under the MUIS Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Islamic Education, preferably in a Volunteer Welfare Organization, Islamic Education Center, or Early Childhood Education setting.
• Passionate about teaching and nurturing students’ growth.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Job scope:

• Obtain the required Permit to Work for the site and handle associated documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Main Contractor and Operations Manager.
• Supervise all activities of the Main Contractor's Workplace Safety and Health Committee (WSHC).
• Attend and contribute to safety meetings and programs.
• Keep and organize safety records and reports.
• Manage and address any customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Possess a Workplace Safety and Health Certificate
• Possess own vehicle and valid license (Class 2B or 3)
• Willing to commit OT
