Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inquires & purchase orders on company’s products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
• Responsible for aftersales activities on company’s products in S.E.A. market
• Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
• Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
• Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
• Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
• Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
• Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office’s supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
• Troubleshooting support at the customers’ plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the revenue growth of his / her portfolio within the SEA region for both the advanced materials (coating services) and the industrial equipment business units.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation and drive execution of the sales and marketing strategy within the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine, Indonesia) to deliver sales revenue growth within the 3 years business plan.

• Lead and cultivate strong customer relationships with all key customers and key business opportunities. Engage and develop key stakeholders on the customer side and devise clear plans to drive opportunities through the sales process to win business.
• Opportunity Management: manage all opportunities with a clear roadmap through the sales process, managing where necessary projects with clear objectives, goals, milestones, and timelines to win customer business.
• CRM: Work professionally within the CRM tools / framework to ensure best practices in customer relationship management.
• Solutions & Product knowledge: continuously develop a deep understanding of the markets, applications, solutions, and product portfolio of Nanofilm and its target customers.
• Business responsibility to define with management the most relevant business model / offering to our customers, to balance the strategy of Nanofilm and to meet customer needs to win business.
• Negotiation skills to navigate customer negotiations on all business and contractual topics such as NDA, Sales Contracts, Negotiation commercial terms, etc.
• Reporting, providing regular reports on status, progress, and planning for the S&M activities in the region. Including forecasting, monthly updates, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering Discipline
• 3- 5 years minimum experience in B2B Materials Technology and related industries

As a Sales Engineer at Fireblocks in APAC, you will take full ownership and responsibility for your designated projects and clients, from the product sales demonstration up to the preparation of client onboarding.
