• Work closely with CESG leadership and project leads to drive CESG's evidence-based projects from development and implementation to reporting and communication phases.
• Manage CESG's research and evidence-based projects, including project administration, research design, literature review, data collection and analysis, documentation, reporting, and post-project engagement

Job Functions: (BIM Coordinator)

• Manage in Generating of the BIM Models (Archi, Structure & MEP) and creating the necessary families (Libraries) files and create the respective revit templates according to BCA standard guides.
• Checking the Clashes (soft or hard) for Model Assurance/ Codes Compliant. (Intra- discipline and Inter-disciplines)
• Generate the Clashes Report, Collaborate & Coordinate with internal team members, Generate the 4D sequencing of the Job when necessary.
• Support and Help the Tender team by providing site utilization, the work sequencing of the Tender Project and prepare the materials for the presentation slides. (2D, 3D & 4D).
• Provide the project team with 3D Sections, Views & Elevations in term of increasing the productivity. Produce the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for Tender, Construction stages and update.
• Check the discrepancies between structure, architectural and M&E.
• Prepare the structure penetration plans by coordinate and check with M& E Services and structure, architectural Models.
• Familiarity with building , plumbling , mechanical and industry standards
• Strong knowledge of MEP Coordination and BIM processes.
• Responsible for the coordination with site engineers for the preparation of shop drawings and submittals for approvals.

Job Functions: (BIM Modeler)

• Overall responsibility for the creation of Revit Model, with necessary information requires, including Construction Sequence simulation and constructability of design.
• Prepare the Tender Drawings of the BIM Model for Architectural, Structural to LOD 300 - 400 using Autodesk Revit Software.
• Prepare the structure schedules such beam schedules, column schedules, wall schedules for Design Progress.
• Prepare the WIP (Work In Progress) such IFC Model, NWC Model, DWG File, Extracted the 3D Model for weekly issue.
• Prepare and check for the tender construction sequences drawing and detailed drawing. Generating RFI for conflicts, clashes and clarifications that need to be resolved.
• Performing Clash Detection of all 3D Models especially CSD Clash Detection using Autodesk Navisworks Manage and resolution activities.
• In-charged for the quality of Drawings extracted for the BIM Model and to Coordinate. Familiar with BIM E-submission guideline for structure, architectural and M&E.
• Prepare the 4D simulation to present for Tendering Stage, Construction Stage as project requirements.
• Materials Take Off and preparation of details Bill of quantities for Structural Works.
• Responsible for the coordination with engineers for installation as per shop drawings.

Job Reqiurements:

• Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company for as BIM Coordinator or BIM Modelers with atleast 2 years COORDINATION exposure.
• Knowledgeable in using BIM softwares such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley and Navisworks for Coordination and AutoCAD.
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.

ECO cum WSH Coordinator

Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Report once every two weeks.

iii) Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard;

iv) Inspect the on-site canteen, worker’s quarters, if any, and dining areas to ensure that good hygiene practices are being observed, and the areas are well maintained with good housekeeping.

v) Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities or potential lapses with the PM, and recommend corresponding measures to prevent or rectify such concerns;

vi) Attend to all feedback on any irregularities and inform the PM accordingly;

vii) Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne or food-borne diseases at the construction site; and

viii) Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities, where required, to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.

ix) Conduct inspection of the ECM at the worksite in accordance to ECM plan

x) Maintain records of all inspections.

xi) Advice the PM & project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS & implement the EHSMS.

xii) Assist the PM identify any unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice which is carried out in the worksite;

xiii) Recommend to the PM to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice;

xiv) Assist the PM implement such reasonably practicable measures referred to in (xiii) or safe work procedures.

xv) Advice the PM & the project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS.

xvi) Implement the EHSMS.

xvii) Stop the work or recommend to the PM / WSHO to stop the work if it is deem not safe for the work to continue.

xviii) Inform the higher level of management (e.g. Project Director) if conflict between EHS issues & operational considerations at the worksite cannot be effectively resolved.

xix) Report to PM

xx) Perform any duties assigned by PM.
