· Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution

· 5 years relevant working experience supervising Architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry

· Prior experiences in HDB projects will be an added advantage

· Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

· Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
