A project coordinator is a member of the project management team who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

Project coordinators go by a few different titles, such as lead project coordinator, project management coordinator or assistant project manager.Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timeline.Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time. Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables

- Must be fully vaccinated (after 14th days of second dose / WHO approved vaccine)

- Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Must able to speak and write English

- Must understand building and civil jobs

- Will be good if have M&E knowledge

- Can come immediately once approve IPA and entry approval

- Exp at least 3 yrs in Civil engineering field

Job scope :

- Arrange required materials with Purchasing department

- Have to travel job site around Main land and island Singapore

Job Descriptions:-

· Take overall responsibility for the performance and quality control of all electrical trade.

· Oversee and direct electrical subcontractors from the time of contract award to the project’s completion.

· Manage and carry out the Electrical coordination procedure to address any disputes before the installation process begins. May entail using Navisworks, Revit, and Autocad.

· Assist to check shop drawings design and submittals for compliance and completeness before installation.

· Update others on developments and compile relevant reports upon request.

· Investigate and help fix problems with field installation.

· Participate in weekly meetings with subcontractors, architects, and owners. If more meetings with the Electrical subcontractors are required, chair them.

· Oversees the Electrical trades’ equipment installation of owner-provided equipment.

· Oversee the Electrical trades’ close-out procedure.

· Keep up positive working connections with owners, engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements:-

· An Electrical Coordinator should possess a bachelor’s degree/ diploma in electrical engineering in power distribution, or a related field.

· Proficient in local codes and regulations for Electrical Works

· Strong communication skills

· Five (5) or more years of expertise in construction or Electrical coordination

· General comprehension of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to project construction

· Proficient in Language English and Chinese

· Proficient computer skills

· Proficiency with Navisworks, Revit, and Autocad

Job Description

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• 3-5 years architectural and structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately

Job Scopes & Responsibilities：

- Schedule timetable for both online and offline lessons

- Handle students and teachers leave-related matters

- Conduct new teachers orientation

- Monitor teachers performance and review their lessons regularly

- Assist in teachers recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Identify any unsafe condition or unsafe act which is carried out in the worksite.
• Recommend and assist the Occupier of the worksite to implement reasonable and practicable measures.
• Liaise with different departments on all safety and health matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and takes appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and other legislative requirements.
• Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house rules and regulations.
• Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/ incidents and recommend corrective and prevetive actions.
• Conduct training/ meeting/ briefing/ time-out to the workforce.
• Follow up on submission of SHE documents.
• Monitor the SHE performance in the worksite.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or any relevant Safety Certificates.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in Tunnel construction projects.
• Experience in SMRT and LTA will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• This role may require rotating shift.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
