Play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing site and safety activities for reinstatement, lifting operations, and ACMV/M&E projects.

Key Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project (Sales) Manager and act as the liaison among project team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate site preparation and submission of project documents.
• Communicate effectively with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
• Prepare detailed work schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Understand engineering drawings and perform basic calculations and designs.
• Manage safety systems on-site and supervise project deliverables related to M&E works.
• Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely follow-up on project progress.

Requirements:

• ITE & Above in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering
• Miniumn 1 year of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC trade
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and safety management systems
