Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
• Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager
• Ensuring project progress are on schedule and to meet the timeline given
• Make sure having the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawing given.
• Update drawing if there is any revision and to keep a updates copy in site office and head office
• Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.

We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Laboratory Project Coordinator to join our Medpace Reference Laboratory team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain study-related documents;
• Ensure that all aspects of designated clinical protocol are in accordance with project timelines, budgets and performance quality;
• Coordinate laboratory shipments;
• Compose and maintain departmental operating procedures and work instructions; and
• Interact with Project Managers, Sponsors, and vendors on project-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• Prior experience with clinical trials and client relationships desirable;
• Familiarity with LIMS or other trial management software;
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice guidelines in a regulated environment (documentation, audit, GxP, etc.);
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or laboratory professional within a central laboratory is preferred; and
• Excellent computer (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows), organizational, and communication skills.

This role reports to the General Manager of the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process requirements for the department

· Update data entries in Business Central and ensure accurate records

· Prepare quotations, sales orders to submit on behalf of the department

· Verify invoice and tally against purchase order and delivery order for management’s approval before submitting invoices for payment

· Provide support for customer service, follow up on delivery schedule and update customers in a timely manner

· Compile monthly service reports

· General administrative duties to support the Service Department

Requirements:

· Minimum O or N Levels equivalent qualification

· Minimum 2-3 years of administrative / purchasing experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

· Experience with ERP system preferred, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Willing to learn, organised and meticulous with data entry and has the ability to meet deadlines.

Operation liaison

• Provide customers with accurate and complete information on timely inventory and operation updates.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet customer needs and requirements
• Ensure all necessary documents, port passes, Portnet/ JP online custom permit, CIPL is available for inbound/outbound operations
• Inform customers of any delays, damages, or shortages.
• Follow up on reporting of damages, delay
• Resolve and troubleshoot issues, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support and resolve operations issues and requirements

• Stowage plans updating for warehouses, support in quarterly auditing and monthly auditing.
• Maintain and updating of inventory records in the system and customer.
• Timely updates of weightlist, tallysheet, inventory records, and other reporting requirements
• Coordination with operation on daily movements
• Liaison with customers on identify issues in operations and recommend solutions
• Support in the tracking of operation and customer-requested activities for month-end invoicing
