• Good filing system in hard and soft copies for all enquiries up to completion of order
• Preparation of enquiries from cost sheet to recommendation for purchase of project enquiries
• To identify new supply source to add to company’s supplier’s database
• Ad-hoc data entry

About the Job

• Position: Sales Coordinator
• S$2,500 - S$3,000 (based on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore

Role Description

As a Sales Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices & documents for customers, and keeping track of incoming & outgoing shipments.
