Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating relocation activities, preparing quotations, and handling shipping matters.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and reply to telephone and email enquiries (inbound and outbound)
- Liaise with salesperson and coordinate relocation activities
- Prepare quotations, pack job documents, and correspondence with clients
- Update systems and liaise with Operations/Warehouse Staff for move matters
- Handle shipping matters, including arranging shipments and liaising with Destination Agents
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FIDI standards
- Close files, ensuring all documents are in order and payment is received
- Perform ad-hoc jobs related to inbound and outbound shipments
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
- Experience in freight forwarding/household goods is an advantage
- High degree of accuracy and independence
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "N/O" Level in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field or equivalent
