• Prior internship or experience in Recruiting, Human Resources or related experience in meeting the request of fast-paced stakeholder groups.
• A good level of IT literacy including MS Office and experience of working with an Application Tracking system would be advantageous.

• Verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties
