Primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

1. Contractor Liaison:Act as the main point of contact between the renovation contractors and the company.
   Communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations to contractors.
   Facilitate regular meetings and updates with contractors to ensure project progress.
   
2. Customer Communication:Engage with customers to understand their renovation needs and expectations.
   Provide regular updates to customers on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
   Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
   
3. Job Scope Coordination:Collaborate with project managers to define and document the scope of renovation projects.
   Ensure that the job scope aligns with customer requirements and company standards.
   Communicate any changes or modifications to the job scope to both contractors and customers.
   
4. Project Scheduling:Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met.
   Coordinate with contractors to optimize workflow and minimize project delays.
   Communicate any schedule adjustments to all relevant parties.
   
5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
   Generate regular reports on project progress, budget adherence, and any issues or challenges encountered.

7. Budget Management:Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team and follow-up in generating sales quotations and sending the approved quotations to the Clients. Managing queries from clients via phone or email.
• Resolve queries about delivery schedule.
• Record complaints or feedbacks from Clients and/or suppliers and escalate these matters
• Support marketing activities through cold-calling assigned prospective Clients, follow-up calls after quotations are sent and manage post-sales Customer Survey efforts.
• Responsible for the internal coordination between departments.
• Ensuring quotations issued by Sales Team are accurate according to the Purchase Orders as issued by Client.
• Follow-up with Client on outstanding Purchase Orders where necessary.
• Liaise with Clients and Technical Department to confirm on logistics details according to schedule.
• Arrange with Technical Department and make necessary arrangements to collect and receive items as purchased by the Company.

Requirements

• GCE “O” level or Certificate in Business Administration
• Senior or executive positions may be available for candidates with prior sales experience
• Good numeracy skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English. Spoken Mandarin is advantageous.
• Capable of working computer software including MS Word, Excel and accounting software programs.
• Good time-management skills. Demonstrates the understanding of deadlines and has a sense of urgency to complete according to schedule.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience handling coordination or sales support roles. Fresh graduates with demonstrated ability to multi-task or with good time-management may be considered with a lower starting pay.
