• Assign service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) to field operatives.
• Schedule and dispatch field operatives.
• Maintain, update and manage all open jobs and their scheduling daily.
• Review completed job costs including manhours, expenses and materials before sending to invoice daily.
• Respond and cater for any customer needs and requests and escalate/delegate them as needed.
• Responsible for miscellaneous activities, equipment/building maintenance and answering phones.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
